WME is an Interior Design and Fitout Company in Bahrain. The showcased project is a Design & Build Showroom in Sharjah City Center done by Watercolor Interiors. The scope of work includes Ceiling , Flooring with Parquet and Tiles. Carpentry and Joinery work was done in Bahrain and was installed by Bahrain team. The MEP works includes Air conditioning, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm works. ELV was also done by WME team. the front glass is Printed to achieve the concept design.

The project was conceptualized, design and Build by team WME. The project was done for AXA/ GIG Gulf. All submittals and documentation was submitted to Majid Al Futaim(MAF) for MAF Sharjah City Center . The MEP design was done by consultant associated with WME. All local authority approvals were taken locally by an independent appoint consultant in Dubai.

About our customer Gulf Insurance Group K.S.C (gig) was established in 1962 as Gulf Insurance Company. Gulf Insurance is a public shareholding company listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange. It has become a consistent market leader in Kuwait in terms of premiums written, both in life and nonlife insurance.

The front facade is made of Back printed glass to give it a unique design and feature to the project. The internal walls made of wood are in ribbed pattern to give a unique feel and feature instead of plain walls with paint.
